Applying for a MyCard® MasterCard is easy!
Members
- Print out and complete the simple application form (click on Apply Now).
- Bring the form alone with your two most recent payslips into any of our branches,
or fax to Card Service at 1300 301 304. - Card Service will contact you once they received your application - it's that easy!
Non Members
You may only apply for a MyCard MasterCard if you are a current member of SERVICE ONE Members Banking.
Becoming our member is easy!

2. Bring the completed forms into any of our branches.
